Introduction of Fujinon Laser Interferometers
Fujinon laser interferometer allows non-contact observation of mirror-surface
parts that are made of any materials and have any reflection factors. It is equipped
with a fringe analysis device which makes an automatic analysis of interference
fringes into numerical values. It is an easy-to-use, high-performance laser interferometer
system. |
Applications:
It is used for measurements of 1) flatness of high precision flat parts such
as glass, metal and ceramic, 2) transmission wavefront of objective lenses for
CD , DVD and BD,3) spherical precision of lenses, 4) newton ring inspection and
5) surface precision of cylindrical lenses, mirrors, glass discs, and wafers.
Fujinon offers a wide range of selection of models suited for objects to be
measured. |
